UZI vs Ultimate Zapper vs UZI Comparison

The Ultimate Zapper does not and can not meet Dr.Clark's specifications,

while ParaZapper meets and exceeds all of Dr. Clark's recommendations.

The "Super Stabilized Output" is capacitively coupled which makes its pulses go Negative under load.

Any zapper that uses "Super Stabilized Output" will have this problem.

This is probably the very zapper that Dr. Clark was warning about but did not want to use the name.

The producers of the Ultimate Zapper claim that the ultimate zapper is the best

but forum posters do not agree and as you can see, the ultimate zapper is cheaply made.

There are a number of zappers out there and some are good, some are not.

David Etheredge never endorsed the Ultimate Zapper but acknowleged that it "may be" the best single frequency zapper,
which if nothing else is a slam in the presence of dual, triple, and multi frequency zappers. We do offer a function that reproduces the ultimate zapper in one of our products, but only as a convenience to customers who want to try it.
Their claim of endorsement is completely false.

Here is the Quote from CureZone

David Etheredge -> Yes, the UZ is much better than the $10 zapper. ( from zapperplans )

Ken P. -> But the testimonials show that The Ultimate Zapper is, without a doubt, the most powerful and effective zapper available, bar none.

David Etheredge -> Actually, it may be the most powerful single frequency zapper, but that is where it ends. According to Dr. Lloyd, multiple frequency zappers are better.

If you think that is an endorsement, then Ken would probably be glad to sell you some ocean front property in Nevada

Their claim of the Ultimate Zapper being advanced is ridiculous, if anything because the circuit
was used in the mid 1990's and does not contain a micro-processor like the later,
more advanced units that are available from ParaZapper and others. In fact,
the ultimate zapper is one of the most primitive zappers available today. A review follows
that shows not only that the Ultimate zapper is one of the worst zappers made, it is priced beyond reason.

This zapper page is to expose the one zapper that may be the greatest rip-off in zappers,
based on an exhorbitant price and a lot of hype for so little content.

Ultimate Zapper

Several of our customers told us that they were unhappy with their Ultimate Zapper and that they thought that it was junk. We had one send it and this is what we received. This illustration of the $179.95 Ulitimate Zapper shows that it is one of the poorest quality zappers that I have ever seen and has a very high price. The maker uses the cheapest hobby level parts for his components and circuits, and even uses cheap lamp cords for his cables.

The claim "The photo of the inside of The Ultimate Zapper that he shows on his site looks like one of my 1996 prototypes".

Actually, the customer that sent it to us bought it from him in 2007, so he was still shipping these over 10 years after he claims that this one was made. Other customers have since made the same complaint. The manufacturer's response is to call names and accuse us of lying.

As for pricing, this zapper should not sell for more than $45 or $50 US. If it was made using the higher quality components and boards that we use, this zapper should sell for less than $80.00 with the AC adapter included. His zapper does include a AC wall adapter that does not meet the IEC 60601 specifications for contact with humans. This could possibly be lethal in some cases.

Also, this zapper does NOT meet Dr. Clark's specification for positive offset ( see the images below ). If you buy one from them, take it to an electronics shop and have them open it up for you. Have them check it under human load with an oscilloscope. It dips very negative. We will be happy to hear if he makes a significant improvement but a product with so few components should still sell well less than $45 or $50.

The maker of this unit claiming quality is like a shade tree mechanic claiming that his car is a Rolls Royce. I have seen some hand made units that I would consider to be good quality. This is not one. They claim that their newer "SE" is better but we have heard from customers that while the exterior case has been improved, not much change was made to the interior.
Our ParaZapper Quality ParaZapper is obviously better quality and well made. Click for larger image. ParaZapper

As you can see from this picture of our ParaZapper UZI-3 model, ParaZapper provides far superior quality and technology. The claim that hand built is good quality can be easily refuted from the photo of the interior of their unit. It can be but it really depends on how it is hand built and the components that go into it. We use the highest quality green boards and higher quality components that meet ROHS requirements. This model has an almost zero failure rate, less than 1 failure in 5000 units sold. Our machining processes do not create excess heat or damage to the components.
Our ParaZapper reliability ParaZapper is obviously better quality and well made. Click for larger image. ParaZapper

As you can see from this picture, ParaZapper is securely attached inside of the durable plastic case with 4 screws. The switches and connectors are also securely soldered to the circuit board. Sorry, but cheap switches, hand wiring that can easily break, hobby level resistors, and unmounted circuit boards do not represent quality in any context, especially when compared to our high quality boards and components.

The ParaZapper UZI has over 50 components on the circuit board, some of them costing almost as much as the entire set of parts that go into the so called Ultimate Zapper.
Their Ultimate Zapper Ultimate Zapper does not even have a label. Click for larger image. Ultimate Zapper

This Ultimate Zapper did not even have a label. According to the customer that traded it in to us, it was purchased in April of 2007. The claim "Machine made printed circuit boards are much cheaper to use but they produce an inferior end product." is not true as we use a lower soldering temperature. The very purpose of the printed circuit board is to improve quality and reliability. In reality, the cheap piece of generic board used in the model shown is much cheaper than our circuit boards cost and we have very few problems with component reliability.

The Ultimate Zapper has only 9 hobby quality components on the circuit board and the volume cost for those parts is only about 95 cents, plus a switch costing a buck or so, a jack for a power connector ( also a buck or so in volume ), a battery strap costing about 50 cents, and a plastic case costing about $2.80. And you are paying how much for that custom build? Sorry, but we would consider it extremely dishonest to sell so little for so much.

The circuit board in this unit has a microcontroller along with 4 additional support chips for total of 5 chips ( Integrated Circuits ) and about 50 total components, compared to only one chip in the Ultimate Zapper. The very purpose of the printed circuit board is to improve quality and reliability.

The Ultimate Zapper has only 9 hobby quality components on the circuit board, including 1 timer chip and NO microprocessor, while the ParaZapper UZI has almost 50 components including a Microprocessor.

Technical

UZI has Positive offset, the Ultimate Zapper does not.
When the unloaded signal from the ParaZapper UZI is observed on the oscilloscope, it looks as it is supposed to. Notice that the bottom of the signal is well above the base line. This elevation is the result of Pedestal Offset and is much better than the 1/4 volt positive offset that Dr. Hulda Clark recommends. It is technically superior and more reliable to prevent negative spikes.

When the unloaded signal from the Ultimate Zapper is observed on the oscilloscope, it looks fairly decent. However, the Ultimate Zapper does not have the 1/4 volt positive offset as specified by Dr. Clark. Unfortunaltely, this is a problem which the following images will show to be the cause of Negative Spikes.

Ultimate Zapper
Ultimate Zapper does not produce 100 percent positive signal. Click for larger image.

UZI has True Square Wave, the Ultimate Zapper does not.
When the signal from the ParaZapper UZI in Mode 1,2,3, or 4 is observed on the oscilloscope, it looks as it is supposed to. It is a True Square Wave. A Square wave technically means that all sides are equal. Also, notice that the bottom of the signal is well above the base line. This elevation is the result of Pedestal Offset and is much better than the 1/4 volt positive offset that Dr. Hulda Clark recommends. It is technically superior and more reliable to prevent negative spikes.

Oops! The Ultimate Zapper can not do a true square wave. As seen here, When the loaded signal from the Ultimate Zapper, using a human body as a load, is observed on the oscilloscope, the story is told. The waveform is a rectangular wave, not a square wave by definition and it dips extremely negative completely violating Dr. Clark's statement "Not even a single spike on negative side, because you sustain pathogen life". According to the image, the claim of 100 percent positive output is obviously completely false.

Ultimate Zapper dips negative
Ultimate Zapper produces a significant negative spike which Dr. Clark claims is unacceptable. Click for larger image.

UZI produces No negative spikes under load, the Ultimate Zapper does.
When the loaded signal from the ParaZapper UZI, using a human body as a load, is observed on the oscilloscope, the story is told. The waveform Does Not dip even the slightest bit negative and meets Dr. Clark's statement "Not even a single spike on negative side, because you sustain pathogen life". According to the image, the claim of 100 percent positive output is obviously completely True with the ParaZapper UZI.

UZI Accuracy

The Ultimate Zapper's frequency is advertised as 2500 Hz but as you can see below, the output is not exact. Actually, due to the hobby level components used in making the Ultimate Zapper, the actual frequency could be +/- about 18 percent. This is one of the poorest quality zappers that I have seen.

Ultimate Zapper is not very accurate in frequency. Click for larger image.
With ParaZapper UZI, in Mode 5, due to the precision signal from the microprocessor, you get the same frequency 2020 Hz plus or minus 5 Hz every time.
You know that you are getting almost exactly the same as everyone else, not some hit or miss frequency. This Frequency is even lower than what the Ultimate Zapper has and is specifically chosen.

ParaZapper produces a notably accurate frequency. Click for larger image.

Based on this information, you can see that the Ultimate Zapper does not meet the manufacturer's claims. Seeing this, how could anyone trust his other claims such as Electroporation ( which is not possible at such low voltages according to most authorities ) and blood electrification which requires a much higher voltage according to its author, Bob Beck.

Ultimate Zapper 11 Features debunked
Feature Comments
near 100% Duty Cycle The UZI also has this feature but it is not as beneficial as claimed in either zapper.
Stabilized Wave Sadly, this is nothing but a capacitively coupled signal which allows the signal to dip negative.
Distortion-Free Wave A negative dip is a form of distortion. Otherwise, most current good zappers produce very little distortion.
Constant High Voltage AC Adapter Dangerous, risk of electrocution because the transformer is not IEC60601 rated for use on humans. The risk is probably not extreme, but do you want to be the statistic?
High Conductivity Most good modern zappers provide high enough conductivity. Too great of conductivity may cause nerve damage and other problems.
Enhanced Penetration with Stainless Steel Footpads Augmentation Footpads as introduced by David Etheredge do provide enhanced signal penetration and better overall signal distribution, however, David Etheredge warns that Stainless steel can be dangerous to use as it may contain Nickel, Chromium, and / or Cobalt, all of which are considered toxic or carcinogenic in small amounts.
Powerful Low Frequency Low frequencies are more easily felt by the nerves but are not necessarily stronger. The ParaZapper UZI provides 15 additional frequencies that are lower than the one in the Ultimate Zapper.
Superior Harmonics This is a misconception, a square wave or a rectangular wave provides the same number of harmonics ( 2 sets ) from a given chip. However, with an exact 50 percent duty cycle, the harmonics reinforce each other to produce better results.
Blood Electrification & Alkalinizing This is very misleading. While the zapper can reach into the blood vessels to an extent, the Clark zapper or the Ultimate Zapper is not as effective in this particular application as the Beck Zapper is due to the much higher voltage and signal concentrating electrodes.
Powerful Electroporation Effect Any electroporation from any zapper would be very minimal as electroporation requires thousands of volts. The zapper may produce a similar effect on a much smaller scale however.
Aura Expansion The application of a signal from certain electronic devices such as TENS, zappers, pulsers can cause an increase in the apparent Aura.
ParaZapper Customer comments about the Ultimate Zapper

The following was submitted by an experienced Clark zapper and Rife machine user: I own several models of zappers including the Ultimate Zapper and feel that this unit, ParaZapper CC1, is the best quality and has more features than any other zapper that I have tried. I recommend it for experienced users and beginners alike.

I'm just enquiring when my parazapper UZI was dispatched. I have one already and an Ultimate zapper. ... I was definitely having more success with (ParaZapper) than the Ultimate zapper ... It's ( the ultimate zapper ) not as good and I'm really keen to get back to zapping with your ( ParaZapper UZI ),

Ken Presner, Ultimate Zapper overpricing, shoddy components, lies
30th of Jul, 2012 by hunghung

I bought Ken Presner's Ultimate Zapper (UZ) in Sept., 2011. His website claims it is the best zapper in the world.

1. After only a few months of usage, 4 crocodile clips of the 2 wires connecting handholds and footpads lost their gripping ability and the clips are so loose that they disconnect with handholds/footpads easily. Unfortunately, I forgot to read the fine prints at the time of purchase that wires and clips aren't covered by warranty (my fault).

2. Same problem (but less so) for the crocodile clips that are attached to the wires coming out of the main unit. I asked Ken Presner what I should do about this and he responded by saying, "You can secure them with rubber bands." I let you judge his product and attitude.

I am sure Ken Presner knew about the problem with crocodile clips fo years. Yet he has made no remedy for this basic design flaw and has not warned purchasers of this problem, which is bound to occur within a few months with usage.

3. Ken Presner claims his AC adapter is of high quality. I can't disprove this. However, the adapter is made in China!!! How does he know it is of high quality if he has no say in what is being produced in the Chinese factory (he is just a negligible client of the factory unless he buys tens of thousands of AC adapters a year)? Worse still, he had the audacity to charge $39.95 for my international AC adapter, which he procures for only a few dollars at most!!! So much overpriced!!!

My conclusion: See https://paradevices.com/ultimate_zapper_cheaply_made.html to get an idea of how much is being put into the product. Read the crocodile clip problem that I and others have and issue of overpriced AC adapter. Parazapper, a competitor of UZ, is right that UZ is well overpriced. The basic unit (without footpads) should be priced well under $99. The current price of $199.95 is robbery!!! In any case, the claim of being the best zapper is a plain lie (how can a zapper be best if a component fails to function after only a few months and this part isn't covered by warranty?) and don't buy UZ unless the design has changed so that no crocodile clips are used.

We have had several phone calls from former customers of the manufacturer who complain about their "poor customer service" and "arrogant attitude". The following site has even more recent complaints about problems with zap.intergate.ca .

. These complaints are consistent with many complaints that have been posted on various internet sites. Many get removed after Ken P. posts defamatory and harassing comments towards these individuals.

I would note that Ken Presner has found literally hundreds of hours of time to complain about David Etheredge, as well as other competitors, and making extensive personal attacks. This is little more than the "bit dog howls first syndrome" which take place when valid complaints are issued that either can not be fixed or that the person is unwilling to fix.

If Ken P. would spend the same amount of time improving his product that he spends attacking every competitor in the industry, then there would not be any need to post complaints about his product.

Some additional links, Some of these have been resolved,
but the very fact that they existed to begin with may be a good indication as to what can be expected.

The following was found posted on one internet forum.

I bought an Ultimate Zapper a couple of years ago when I was extremely ill with Lyme disease. I used it several times and began to suffer what felt like brain damage from the electrical current. Subsequently, I also began to have mini-seizure activity, which I had NEVER had before using this dangerous product. Since then I have had an EEG, which shows abnormal brain wave activity.

Please be extremely cautious about purchasing this product.

Hi Jack,

There are many web sites that sell a single frequency zapping device. The one you got is based on a 2500Hz frequency. It is based on the original design of Dr. Hulda Clark, but Ken Presner (https://zap.intergate.ca/) "improved" it by changing the duty cycle to about 90% (even though he ERRONEOUSLY claims that it's 100%)

It is not the "Ultimate Zapper" as Ken Presner claims. There are many things that he says on his web site that are either not true, or are distortions of the truth, or are misleading statements.

He leaves you with the impression that his zapper will produce the same bio electrification results that Beck achieved to neutralize HIV. That is NOT true.. He even references the Kaali experiments at the Albert Einstein NYC College of Medicine that Bob Beck based his research on! Beck's design is FUNDAMENTALLY different in waveform, frequency, method of application and RESULTS.

Many of the things that Ken Presner says may be true, but many things he says are also misleading and some are not accurate at all. Many of his statements are utterly specious and designed to make you believe that his zapper is the Be All and End All of zappers. He's a hype-ster of the First Magnitude.

Presner's claims of success are based on Hulda Clark's pioneering research, not his. He seems to want to take far more credit than he deserves. He's mainly interested in MARKETING and selling his zapper. He's OVERSTATING and hype-ing the capabilities of that zapper to the nth degree.

The Ultimate Zapper will do what a positive offset, 90% duty cycle, pulsing DC square wave will do running at 2500Hz, but it CAN'T reproduce the same results as the Beck electrifier because it's FUNDAMENTALLY different and not the same design at all.

Beck's positive clinical trial results (involving THOUSANDS of people WITH AIDS) were based on using the BECK ELECTRIFIER and NOT based on Ken Presner's adulterated version of a Clark zapper that he decided to hype as the "Ultimate Zapper."

Caveat emptor.

Our comments:
While the Ultimate Zapper does work to some extent and has a following, we do not feel that it matches up to the hype which, according to some, qualifies it as a scam. We are only trying to show the inferior aspects of this zapper and the high price that is reaped through hype. The truth is that if that zapper was the best, we would be producing only it and promoting only it as would everyone else in the business. Also, note that there are a lot of other zappers out there and you do not see us posting web pages about them. Their claim that we supported their Ultimate Zapper was from before we found out what was inside of it. This is certainly not a product that we could endorse. There are even some competing zappers and manufacturers that we endorse when asked about them.
Impressive diagram? NO! The competitor is only showing the diagram of a single component (a 555 timer) that is used in almost every single cheap zapper ever made. Nothing special, it just looks impressive to the unknowing user. This is the same chip diagram used in almost every cheap zapper made.
If we were to post the diagram of the main chip that is used in our ParaZapper®CC1, and ParaZapper®UZI it would be well over 100 times more complex than this diagram.

Even though we do not think much of the ultimate zapper, if you feel that you must have that function, we even provide a model that beats their Ultimate Zapper hands down!
See ParaZapper® UZI the real ultimate zapper,
it has 6 different zappers built into one.
It includes the exact 90 percent duty cycle at 2020 Hz ( which is a lower frequency than even the ultimate zapper provides ), with an accuracy of 0.5 percent ( way more accurate than the ultimate zapper ), and top quality, high reliability construction. We do not offer the ultimate mode because it is any better, but only to give you a choice. As a mattrer of point, the "ultimate mode is the least preferred mode among the users who have told us which modes that they like. The competitor also offers a convient comparison chart where he only shows the 2 least expensive models that we offer and he only compares the characteristics that he claims are the best. Conveniently, he completely ignores our 3 best models that surpass his in practically every way. ParaZapper® UZI offers several frequencies ( including several Rife Frequencies ) that are lower than the Ultimate Zapper's frequency, and that actually produces a genuine positive offset.
